This Privacy Policy explains how Propy collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Propy mobile application and its community features. It also explains the controls available to you.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information processed through the Propy app, including guest browsing, signed-in use, publishing, comments, favorites, moderation actions, and support requests.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Display name, profile image, biography, and account preferences
• Posts, comments, captions, tags, and other content you choose to publish
• Messages or details you send when contacting support

2.2 Information Generated Through Use

• Interaction records such as likes, favorites, hidden content, and blocked creators
• Basic app state and session preferences needed to restore your experience on the device
• Diagnostics or usage context needed to maintain app stability and prevent abuse

2.3 Device Permissions

If you choose to upload an avatar or post images, Propy may request access to your photo library. We do not access photos unless you take an action that requires that permission.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Operate community features such as publishing, commenting, and favorites
• Personalize your in-app experience and preserve local preferences
• Review reports, enforce community rules, and reduce abuse or spam
• Respond to support, privacy, legal, and moderation requests
• Improve product quality, security, and performance

4. When Information May Be Shared

We may share information only when reasonably necessary, including:

• With service providers that help operate the app, subject to confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or valid governmental request
• To protect the rights, safety, property, or security of users, Propy, or the public
• As part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

5. User Controls, Safety, and Retention

5.1 Reports, Blocking, and Moderation Records

If you report content, report a creator, hide content, or block a creator, we store the records needed to investigate the report, respect your choices, review safety issues, and enforce community rules.

Propy reviews reported objectionable content and related moderation records within 24 hours of receipt. During that process, we may temporarily limit visibility, preserve relevant evidence, and use report metadata to investigate whether a post, comment, or account violates our community policies or applicable law. If a violation is confirmed, we may remove content, restrict access, or suspend the relevant account.

5.2 Favorites, Preferences, and Service State

Favorite lists, hidden items, blocked-user preferences, and session settings may be stored on your device and, as applicable, on Propy systems so the Service can restore your experience, protect your account, and maintain community safety controls across future sessions.

5.3 Account Deletion and Retention

If you submit an account deletion request, Propy will delete or anonymize account profile data and user content from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, backup integrity, dispute handling, or trust and safety review.

Moderation-related data, including reports, blocking status, review outcomes, timestamps, and contact exchanges, may be retained for a limited period when reasonably necessary to respond to repeat abuse, handle appeals, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Propy is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of this Policy, contact us and we will review the request.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your information. You may also contact us to request support regarding privacy concerns.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the "Last Updated" date above.
